Position: Inside Sales Rep | Compensation: Base + Commission

We build champions–with the clients we serve, and within our own team.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and driven sales reps who are ready to start selling on day one.

The candidate will be responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through close and follow through. Your success as an inbound sales rep at Catapult will depend on your motivation to succeed, and your rewards will directly correlate with your continued success. Potential earnings of $50,000 to $100,000 in the first year with income growth expected in the second year with no cap. Job comes with health benefits and 401k.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • College Degree
  • Positive Attitude
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Handle Sales from Initial Contact through Close.
  • Proven Customer Service Skills Preferred (2+ years working in a customer service related job)
  • Phone Sales Experience Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills – verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in Computers
  • Deadline and Goal Driven
